The Factory Resident Membership is developed from the idea that access to professional creative space should not be limited by high rental costs or unnecessary barriers.
Through FCKLY Factory, we aim to provide photographers, filmmakers, content creators, and creative professionals with affordable access to a fully equipped studio environment on a recurring basis. Rather than booking occasional sessions, residents can integrate the studio into their regular creative practice and workflow.

• 4 hours of studio access per month
• Full access to lighting equipment, decor elements, backdrops, green screen setup, and studio furnishings
• 15% discount on additional booked studio hours

All memberships are designed as a foundation for an ongoing creative partnership. Should your needs grow beyond the scope of the membership, additional studio time and services can be added through a transparent and scalable pricing structure.

The Factory Membership provides monthly access to a fully equipped creative studio space, including lighting, backdrops, set elements, and green screen setup. The space is intended for photography, video production, content creation, and creative rehearsals. All usage is based on scheduled bookings and agreed time slots.
The different set pieces can be used during your photoshoot to create your own unique setup.
