Studio Rental

Intro

We built the FCKLY Factory as a creative playground for artists, photographers and visual creators. To keep the space safe and accessible for everyone, we ask all renters to respect the following guidelines.

Booking

- Studio rental available for 2, 4 or 8 hours

- Payment before booking

- Rental time includes setup and cleanup

Studio Use

- Leave the studio in the same condition

- Handle equipment with care

- Safe and professional working environment

Team & Guests

- The FCKLY Factory is a working studio.

- Everyone present must be part of the production

- No extra guests or hangouts

- Renter is responsible for their team

Equipment

- Vinyl backdrops cannot be cut

- Paper backdrops charged per meter

- Lighting and materials must be handled carefully

Damage & Liability

- Any damage to studio property must be compensated by the renter.

Kitchen & Facilities

- Kitchen available

- Leave clean

- Waste must be removed

Security & Cameras

- For safety reasons, FCKLY Factory has security cameras in the entrance hall and in the studio space.

- By renting the studio, you agree to being recorded by these cameras.

- The recordings are only used for safety and security purposes.

- Footage will only be reviewed if a situation requires it (for example in case of damage, incidents or safety concerns).

- The recordings are not used for any other purposes and will be handled responsibly.

- Recordings are stored for a limited period and handled according to privacy regulations.

Cancellation

- 1 week before: full refund

- Within 1 week: 50%

- No-show: full payment

Visual Material

FCKLY Factory may use visual material for portfolio and social media unless agreed otherwise.

Agreement

By booking the studio, you agree to these terms and conditions.
